2. The terms and regulations established by the Council are as follows :
| i. | nterested applicants are encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit. |
| ii. | Successful applicants will be responsible for the management and maintenance of the aforementioned site, including site cleaning, repairs to the building, restrooms, and other usable areas, as well as the payment of utility bills throughout the rental period. |
