To Strengthen the Governance and Integrity of MBSJ Workforce Through the Implementation of the MBSJ Anti-Corruption Plan and Compliance with Enforced Acts, Regulations, and Directives.

MBSJ ANTI-CORRUPTION POLICY

This policy applies to all Top Management, Council Members, officers, and staff of MBSJ. It also extends to all contractors/suppliers, sub-contractors/suppliers, consultants, agents, representatives, and others performing work or services for or on behalf of MBSJ, who must comply with the relevant sections of this policy when executing any work or services.

WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY

MBSJ practices a Whistleblowing Policy to encourage the MBSJ workforce and the general public to report breaches of conduct or any cases of corruption, abuse of power, and malpractices occurring within MBSJ.
Every complaint, report, or information can be submitted via letter, email, or telephone before a face-to-face meeting is conducted.

HOW COMPLAINTS CAN BE MADE


i.    Complete the Disclosure of Improper Conduct Form under Act 711.

ii.    Submit the form directly to the authorized officer appointed to receive complaints or disclosures regarding improper conduct, namely:
