1. Guidelines for the Implementation of the Plastic Bag Charge Collection Programme in the State of Selangor

These guidelines for the implementation of the Selangor State Plastic Bag Charge Collection Programme are prepared as a basic guide and reference for compliance by all business premises categorized as being involved in the implementation of the campaign. These procedures also aim to provide guidance to all stakeholders for the integrated and holistic implementation of the campaign.

2. Implementation Method

1. REGISTRATION

1.1 The mandatory categories are for the following activities:

- Hypermarkets
- Supermarkets / mini markets / convenience stores / chain stores
- Restaurants / cafeterias / eateries
- Pharmacies / health products / personal care
- Others (e.g.: accessory shops, clothing stores, jewellery / home furnishing stores, shoe stores, and other related businesses)

1.2 Forms and supporting documents

- CPBP-A Form
- Copy of a valid Business Licence

2. COLLECTION SUBMISSION

2.1 The collection submission schedule according to the period is as follows:

2.2 Payment Procedure

- Complete the CPBP-B form (Plastic Bag Charge Collection Submission)
- Email the form to azlin.ibrahim@mbsj.gov.my for the payment bill preparation process
- Forms and supporting documents

i.  CPBP-B Form

ii. Supporting documents for the collection statement
Example: point of sales or (for companies with more than 1 outlet)

iii. Supporting documents for the collection statement
Example: point of sales (master list)

1. Online – using the EzyMBSJ application (payment without login)

- Online banking
- Debit / Credit Card
- E-wallet

2. Payment at Kiosk

- BANK DRAFT (payable to Subang Jaya City Council)
- DEBIT / CREDIT CARD
- CASH
- BANKER'S CHEQUE (payable to Subang Jaya City Council) - Company cheques are NOT ACCEPTED
