How to register?

For registration steps, tenderers need to visit the Selangor Online Tender System 2.0 website at https://tender.selangor.my/ and click on the 'user guide' link or visit https://tender.selangor.my/manuals/pendaftaran for the registration manual.

1. Click the "Register for an Account" link at the top right of the Home Page.

2. The system will display a notification "Your account has been registered. Please check your email for account verification."

3. Login to the email you registered earlier and click on the link in the email sent by the SELANGOR ONLINE TENDER SYSTEM 2.0.

4. The system will display a notification "Your account has been verified. Please log in."

5. Fill in the complete information for "Company Registration":-Company Information. Information marked * is mandatory information. Click on the "Next" button for the system to display the next information tab.

6. Fill in the complete information for "Company Registration":- Officer. Click on the "Next" button for the system to display the next information tab.

7. Fill in the complete information for "Company Registration":- MOF. Click on the "Next" button for the system to display the next information tab.

(MOF files (if any), CIDB (if any), Bumiputra PKK (if any) must be uploaded and must match the information filled in. If there is a discrepancy in information, the verification request will be rejected and the company must repeat the verification process again)

8. Fill in complete information for "Company Registration":-CIDB. If available.

9. Fill in the complete information for "Company Registration":-Shareholders. Please click the "Save" button after entering each shareholder data.

10. Fill in the complete information for "Company Registration":- File .

11. Click the "Submit" button when finished. Click the "Confirm" button to submit the company registration.

12. The system will send an email regarding whether your company registration has been approved or not.

Is there a fee for registration and how much is it?

Yes, each registration is subject to a fee of RM 100.00 per year.

Is registration renewal necessary?

Yes, registration is only valid for one year from the date of approval and renewal must be made at the same rate of RM 100.00.

After registering on the website, what are the next steps a contractor needs to take?

Contractors need to wait for registration confirmation to be approved by the 'Verification Agency' and after that, contractors can purchase Tender and Quotation procurement online.

If the problem is related to the system and payment, you can use the "Contact Us" form. Feedback will be provided within 3 business days.

I cannot purchase the tender. "You are not eligible to purchase this tender, please check your profile for eligibility". You may not have the required eligibility to purchase the tender. The system will check your company's eligibility, if not eligible, the message will be issued. Please ensure your company information is updated
