DEPARTMENT FUNCTIONS

 1.

Execute complaint management at the stages of reception, investigation, and investigation reporting.

 2.

Ensure the success of integrated enforcement operations through strategic planning such as periodic patrols and intelligence gathering.

 3.

Execute the issuance of Warning Notices, Compound Offer Notice (NTK) actions, Seizure Operations, and Disposal of Seized Items based on the legal provisions enforced by the Subang Jaya City Council.

 4.

Manage pre-prosecution activities at the stages of opening investigation files, gathering evidence, and handing over to the Prosecution Unit of the Legal Department.

 5.

Manage office administrative matters such as office record management, vehicle management, procurement, supply store management, and providing assistance to other departments in terms of security control personnel and traffic control.
