- Priority is given to applicants who are natives of Selangor (aged 18 and above) and individuals residing within the Subang Jaya City Council administrative area
- Only one (1) application is permitted per individual
- INCOMPLETE APPLICATION FORMS / APPLICATIONS THAT DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS WILL BE REJECTED.
- Applicants are advised to personally inspect the location applied for.
5. Required documents :
- Copy of applicant's identity card (1 copy)
- Passport-sized photograph (1 copy)
- Copy of the latest utility bill (1 copy)
- Other relevant documents
6.Application forms can be obtained via the QR Code shown below. Applicants are required to state the rental rate they are offering in the application form. The rental rate must not be lower than the stipulated minimum rate.
7.Priority will be given to applicants who do not have permanent employment and possess experience relevant to the type of business applied for.
- Application closing date: 18 September 2026 (Friday) at 12:00 noon.
Completed application forms must be placed in an envelope and deposited into the Tender Box at the Management Services Department, Level 2, Headquarters, Subang Jaya City Council. The envelope should be addressed to :
