Greetings and I respectfully refer to the above.

2. You are invited to submit quotations for the above-mentioned works. The vehicle viewing session will be held as follows :

2.1	Site Visit Date	:	18 JUNE 2026 (THURSDAY)
2.2	Time	:	10.00 am (briefing session) * Companies are required to attend the site visit session and be present at the designated time. The Council will not accept any quotation offers from companies that are not present during the session.

3. The terms and conditions set by the Council are as follows :

i.	All assets are sold as they are when seen (as-is-where-is basis).
ii.	MBSJ is not responsible for the assets sold in the event of theft, loss or otherwise.
iii.	All expenses related to the purchase of assets such as dismantling costs, transportation and so on must be borne by the buyer himself.
iv.	The buyer is not allowed to dismantle, remove or any processing activities to take the assets disposed of in and near the depot area.
v.	The successful buyer must make full payment within seven (7) working days from the date of the offer letter. If after that period, there is no response from the buyer in writing/email, the buyer may be blacklisted from any procurement at MBSJ.
vi.	The successful buyer must take the assets within seven (7) working days after full payment is cleared.

iii.	Copy of Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) certificate and field code : 221901 - Buying Used Goods (Without Permit) Or 221902 - Buying Used Goods (Requires Permit).
