2.    The vehicle assets can be viewed on 09 July 2026 to 22 July 2026 between 10.00 am and 4.00 pm at the MBSJ Engineering Workshop, Jalan TP2, Sime UEP Industrial Park, Subang Jaya, Selangor..

 

3.   The offer shall be valid for a period of 90 days. Quotations can be made using the Government Asset Disposal Quotation Form (KEW.PA 28) and can be obtained at the following locations:-

a. MBSJ Engineering Workshop, Jalan TP2, Sime UEP Industrial Park, Subang Jaya, Selangor
b. Subang Jaya City Council Website at www.mbsj.gov.my
c.Selangor e-tender Website at https://tender.selangor.my
d.MBSJ OCPS (for staff only)

4.    Quotation Offer Document with complete information including relevant attachments must be made separately for each vehicle using an envelope and marked No. Quotations as stated in the offer advertisement and addressed to:-

       
      Contract and Material Measurement Department, Level 3,
        Subang Jaya City Council,
        Persiaran Perpaduan, USJ 5,
        47610 Subang Jaya,
        Selangor Darul Ehsan

5.    The completed Quotation Bid Document envelope must be placed in the Quotation Box located at the Contract and Material Measurement Department, Level 3, Subang Jaya City Council,Persiaran Perpaduan, USJ 5,47610 Subang Jaya,Selangor Darul Ehsan.

CLOSING DATE OF BID: 22 JULY 2026 12.00 NOON. Quotations received late will not be considered.

6.   Only complete Quotation Bid Documents and placed in the Quotation Box will be considered and Quotations received late will not be considered. The Council will also not be responsible for the delivery of Quotation Offer Documents that are not included in the Quotation Box.

7. This Quotation Offer is fully subject to the Terms and Conditions and Regulations of the MBSJ Vehicle Disposal Quotation as in the Appendix and the tenderer is advised to carefully read, understand and comply with all the Terms and Conditions and Regulations of the Quotation as set forth.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE MBSJ VEHICLE DISPOSAL QUOTATION
1All vehicle assets will be sold subject to the reserve price set by the Public Works Department (JKR).
2The bidder is required to include a quotation deposit of 5% of the offer price for each asset. The quotation deposit must be in the form of a bank draft only in the name of MAJLIS BANDARAYA SUBANG JAYA which must be included together with the Quotation Offer Document and also the relevant attached documents. (payment by Cash/Postal Money/Cheque and others are not accepted)
3Offers without/less than the quotation deposit will not be considered.
4The tenderer's offer document for each vehicle must be accompanied by a Collateral Claim Form and a Company/Individual Information Registration Form that has been completely filled out and attached along with a copy of the identity card, bank statement and a copy of the SSM certificate (company only).
5All vehicle assets are sold as they are when seen (as-is-where-is basis) and MBSJ will not be responsible for the assets sold
6All expenses related to the purchase of vehicle assets such as dismantling costs, transporting out and so on must be borne by the buyer themselves.
7If the bidder does not receive any response or feedback from MBSJ within 6 months from the date the advertisement closes, then the tenderer's offer is considered unsuccessful and the deposit deposit will be returned to the bidder within the same period.
8Only successful bidders will be contacted and required to make full payment within 7 working days from the date of notification of the decision / sale offer letter. If payment is not made within that period, the sale offer will be cancelled and the bid deposit will not be refunded.
9The successful bidder must collect/remove the asset from the MBSJ premises within 14 working days from the date full payment is made and then manage PUSPAKOM's affairs (if relevant) for further business needs (exchange of ownership). 
10The matter of the exchange of title at the Road Transport Department (JPJ) by MBSJ is subject to the settlement of PUSPAKOM matters by the bidder. (if relevant). The bidder will be informed to make the 'thumbprint' of the new owner at JPJ (JPJ title change confirmation slip will be given) after the 'thumbprint' of the old owner (MBSJ) is completed at JPJ.
