2. The terms and conditions set by the Council are as follows :
| i. | Interested applicants are encouraged to attend the site visit session to be held. |
| ii. | The successful entrepreneur will also be responsible for the management and maintenance of the above site including site cleaning, building repairs, toilets, and other utility spaces as well as payment of utility bills throughout the lease period. |
| iii. | The application form can be obtained by scanning the QR code in the attachment. Rental offer / form as well as business proposal and company details should be enclosed in an envelope and sent to the following address:-
